- 1 hour remote administration by a technician
- guaranteed technician departure 3 working days
- 5 year extended warranty on physical control panel up to a maximum size of IPBX-F50
- analysis and troubleshooting only (configuration changes and new features according to the standard Service Price List)

- basic set of support services automatically available for all products free of charge
- queue request acceptance via the 24/7 monitoring center
- initial response to a request usually no sooner than 2 working days from receipt into the system
