The supplier has come a long way since 2020, when we replaced our own control panel solution with Yeastar S. Today, it offers the P Series, which is constantly evolving and adapting to today’s needs.

Key features include an operator panel that allows managers to:

  • monitor call status in real time
  • change agent statuses
  • manage calls directly from the web interface

In addition, the Queue panel provides a detailed overview of queues and agents, including the ability to log them in and out. Another advantage is the Wallboard with clear call statistics.

P Series also offers integrations with tools such as Microsoft Teams, SMS and WhatsApp.

With advanced roles and permissions, it is possible to assign specific functions to individual users within the call centre. Customers have access to rich call reports and APIs for interfacing with third-party applications. In addition, the Linkus client in the P Series is enhanced with full functionality for mobile, desktop and web interfaces.
