The data connections are routed along three geographically independent optical routes. Redundancy of the connection is ensured by BGP and TRILL protocols. To ensure full network neutrality, the services of other telecommunication operators can be used.

The data centre located in the non-floodplain area is powered by two substations, one of which is dedicated to us and located on our property. Protection against power outages is further provided by two diesel generators tested for three days of continuous operation. Each of the two supply branches is rated to sustain a full load and has separate UPS protection.

The cooling system is divided into two circuits. Each has a cooling capacity greater than the design capacity of the datacenter and is made up of several independent units.
The fire suppression system uses Argonite gas and is designed to stop a fire within 60 seconds.

The datacentre is open for customers 24/7/365.

To ensure maximum security, customers always go through a multi-factor authorization process with staff present upon entry.

Cameras and other security features are installed throughout the facility.
