Faster CZ spol. s r.o., in accordance with the provisions of Section 161 of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building code (Building Act), provides statements on technical infrastructure, including conditions of protection and other necessary data for design activities and construction execution, based on the request of persons listed in the act.

For these purposes, we recommend that you use the preferred option of submitting via the electronic application form in the UtilityReport application.

The application must contain the following information:

• applicant
• builder
• name of the action
• cadastral area
• situation plan with parcel numbers (area of interest)

Statements are charged a fee, and upon receipt of the application an advance invoice of CZK 300 (incl. VAT) is issued, after which the applicant receives a tax document and the relevant statement.

Faster CZ spol. s r.o. is the owner of the technical infrastructure in the city of Brno and in the following adjacent cadastral areas:

• Modřice
• Moravany u Brna
• Podolí u Brna
• Popůvky u Brna
• Šlapanice u Brna
• Troubsko
