How do we choose?
On the basis of a submitted CV, accompanying words, link to a work portfolio or LinkedIn profile. We like demonstrability, scholarship, originality and a personal approach. Most often, however, we rely on personal recommendations to make our selection.
We are interested in everyone’s story and carefully assess in a close team the mutual suitability of the position. We want your journey to be a long and satisfying one.
We aim to be responsive and will get back to you within 5 working days. If we are less impressed with your presentation than others, you will still receive a response from us, even though it may be negative.
This is usually followed by a maximum of two meetings where you meet your colleagues and we mutually fine-tune our expectations for the position and expectations.
If we’re in tune and high-five together, we may as well plan a welcome party. From the first contact, a new team member will usually join us within three weeks at the latest. Pretty quick, huh?
What technologies are we working with?
You will meet us with Linux LAMP OS and Windows AD OS
We program mostly in Bash or Rust, automate with Ansible
We work with Postgres, MariaDB and Cassandra databases
For virtualization we use Proxmox, VMWare, Kubernetes
We manage servers and networks via IPv6 and ARP, DHCP, DNS, VRRP, firewall, tcpdump
